Live as a vegetarian or Vegan in the Philippines. |
Vegetarians In The Philippines
As of now I no longer endorse any of my former food blogs.
I went Vegan in 2013.
For 3 months I was a vegetarian back several years ago. Now I am attempting it again. As of June 19, 2017 I have been Vegetarian for 4 and 1/2 years.
Some of my reasons are:
1. Lower blood pressure.
2. Prevent hardening of the arteries.
3. Prevent sickness. Illness from pork. Read about Trichinosis at the Mayo Clinic web site.
Illnesses from meat and some other foods. Pork worm in a woman's brain. See worms coming out of pork when coke is poured on it.
4. Antibiotics and growth hormones in Philippine animals grown for food and in U.S.A.
5. The absolute cruelty perpetrated on the animals. Watch the "milk is cruel" the "Downed Cattle" and "Pink Slime" videos. View some of the "Investigations" at Mercy For Animals. Check out McCruelty.
