You may want to try vegetarian eating first. You can slowly transition from eating beef, fish, pork and poultry by adding more vegetables, fruits and nuts to your diet and easing off meats. I wondered if it would be possible to live without meat. Now I am vegan and feel great.
Watch "Food, Inc." You will be amazed at how you have been tricked into eating an unhealthy diet.

Go get your teeth cleaned and then have them tell you "Oh, you need a deep cleaning now." How much is that? "Oh, it will be $350." So, I said to the dentist,
"What a scam! Who dreamed this one up? It used to be that when you got a cleaning it was a thorough cleaning. Say you hire a maid to clean your house and pay her then she says, 'Oh, sir you really need a deep cleaning now....' " Same, same HUH?! He did not appreciate my comment. He would not keep me as a "patient."
Try to find an honest dental practice in the USA nowadays! Oh, by the way, in the Philippines a cleaning is a cleaning. No BS. And only the dentists do the cleanings. No cleanings done by assistants!
